6. Confidentiality Both the Company and the Client agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of all information shared, including operational details, personal information, and business affairs. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of any Agreement. The Company will not disclose the Client’s identity or the nature of the Services provided without the Client’s express written consent, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability Security services are a form of risk mitigation, not risk elimination. The Company does not guarantee absolute safety or the prevention of all possible harm, loss, or injury. We perform our duties to a professional standard of care. In no event shall Superior Security Services, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the Services. The total liability of the Company in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the Services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Company for the specific Services from which the claim arises.
8. Indemnification The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Superior Security Services and its personnel from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with the Client’s breach of these Terms or any willful misconduct or negligence on the part of the Client.
9. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations hereunder if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, strikes, government action, riots, or natural disasters (such as hurricanes).
